Eric Powell stood in my office 308 N. Washington and watched it April 10th waiting on pump trucks to arrive. I just spoke to contractor 10:30 about dirt being on my newly replaced boards on the front of my office having dirt on them. Told him i was told there would be a barrier between dirt and my boards. We shall see. I have pics of all the water going under my building.

Have either of you expressed your concerns with the construction company's handling of storm water running under the buildings due to the contractors negligence; not installing protective barriers, sump pumps, sand bags or proper drainage channels?
